The Tali® Image-Based Cytometer 1-year Rapid Exchange Plan will add one year of warranty coverage to your existing 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty.

The Tali® Image-Based Cytometer is covered by our Rapid Exchange Service protection; should your instrument fail, we will send out a factory-certified refurbished replacement instrument within one business day from the time that we determine that a replacement instrument is required. Typically, you should receive your replacement within 3 business days of shipment. All you need to do is repackage the problem instrument and return it to Life Technologies. Shipping cost is included in the Rapid Exchange service plan.

The Service Includes:

• Factory-certified refurbished replacement instrument
• Priority access to our Applications and Instrument Technical Support teams

The Service Does Not Include:

• Planned maintenance or any other user-replaceable parts
• Computer hardware

You can purchase an extended warranty at the time of instrument purchase or within one year after the purchase of a Tali® Image-Based Cytometer.

Online Purchase of Rapid Exchange Service Plan
The Rapid Exchange Plan may be purchased online only at the same time as the instrument. To purchase the Rapid Exchange Plan separately (but within one year after the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer purchase), please fill out the Care Center Form.
