The Tali® Image-Based Cytometer is covered by our Rapid Exchange Service protection; should your instrument fail, we will send out a factory-certified refurbished replacement instrument within one business day from the time that we determine that a replacement instrument is required. Typically, you should receive your replacement within 3 business days of shipment. All you need to do is repackage the problem instrument and return it to Life Technologies. Shipping cost is included in the Rapid Exchange service plan.

Online Purchase of Rapid Exchange Service Plan
The Rapid Exchange Plan may be purchased online only at the same time as the instrument. To purchase the Rapid Exchange Plan separately (but within one year after the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer purchase), please fill out the Care Center Form. Select "Quote for Service and Support" under Area of Inquiry. A Customer Care representative will contact you shortly to process your request.
