The cAMP-Screen Direct® system is a chemiluminescent immunoassay for the determination of adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in microwell plates. This kit provides ultra-sensitive (0.2 to 200 pmol), non-radioactive quantification of cAMP in cell lysates.

• Accuratelly detect less than 60 femtomoles of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in cell lysates.
• Grow cells and run the assay in the same plate, eliminating loss of cell lysates from transferring (cAMP-Screen Direct™ System only).
