The Tali® Image-Based Cytometer is a benchtop assay platform that produces highly accurate, statistically significant three-parameter population analysis and cell counting in typically less than 1 minute per sample. Using state-of-the-art optics and image analysis software, the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer performs suspension cell-based assays, including cell counting, cell viability, fluorescent protein expression, and apoptosis assays. A box of 50 Cellular Analysis Slides is included with the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer.

Highly Accurate Data From a Variety of Assays
The Tali® collects data in three channels: bright field, green fluorescence, and red fluorescence. Three-parameter capability allows discrimination of live, dead, and total cells for easy and quick cell viability assays. Detecting expression of fluorescent proteins such as RFP and GFP is also a breeze.

Small Volume, Fast Results
Using only 25 µL of sample volume, the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer requires 10–75 seconds for a typical cell count and population analysis, depending on the number of images selected.

Convenient Disposable Slides
The Tali® Image-Based Cytometer is supplied with one box of 50 disposable Tali® Cellular Analysis Slides and one Tali® Calibration Bead kit. The slides and Calibration bead kits are available separately.

Outstanding Data Presentation with Ease and Flexibility
The Tali® Image-Based Cytometer offers an intuitive user interface and provides the option to save data and generate a report. Data are presented in comprehensive and graphic reports. Additionally, by using the USB Drive the Tali® instrument allows the export of data as .csv (comma separated value), .jpg, and .pdf files for archiving and sample comparisons. The data and the report can then be transferred to a PC using the USB drive supplied with the instrument or available separately.
