SOLiD™ SAGE™ Kit -"DISCONTINUED"

SOLiD™ SAGE™ Kit provides a complete kitted solution to generate up to 8 libraries of 3’ expression tags averaging 27 base pairs in length to enable the digital enumeration of gene expression profiles on the SOLiD™ System. The SOLiD™ SAGE™ Kit protocol allows for the highest level of expression profile sensitivity and quantization with minimal sequencing requirements by capturing only the 3’ end of each transcript allowing for a cost effective elucidation of lowly expressed transcripts. The SOLiD™ SAGE™ Kit builds upon Invitrogen’s expertise providing kitted SAGE™ reagents with improvements upon previous SAGE™ and SAGE™ like kits for next generation sequencing by providing reagents to generate longer tags, 27 vs. 21 bp, and protocol improvements to allow for expression profiling with and without large scale PCR amplification. SOLiD™ SAGE™ Kit also offers a free data analysis package available from the SOLiD™ System software user community site.
