IFN-γ, Rat anti-Mouse (Alexa Fluor 647®): Alexa Fluor 647® conjugated monoclonal antibody specific to Mouse IFN-γ. This antibody is validated for use in Flow Cytometry. Anti-IFN-γ recognizes the expressed product of the IFN-γ gene. The XMG1.2 monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with IFN- g which is produced by T cells and NK cells. XMG1.2 is a neutralizing mAb that can also be used in ELISA and intracellular immunofluorescent staining for flow cytometry.
