Quant-iT™ RNA Assay Kit, 100 assays *5-100 ng* *for use with the Qubit™ fluorometer*

The Quant-iT™ RNA Assay Kit is designed specifically for use with the Qubit fluorometer Q32857, but may be used with any fluorometer or fluorescence plate reader. Using between 1 and 20 µl of your sample, this assay can quantitate samples ranging from 250 pg/µl to 100 ng/µl. It is ideal for quantitating RNA samples for microarray experiments, RT-PCR reactions, qPCR assays or products of in vitro transcription. The 100-assay size is suitable for an individual researcher in a typical molecular biology laboratory. Includes the Quant-iT™ RNA reagent, premade calibration standards, and premade buffer. Reagent and buffer are designed for room temperature storage for the ultimate in convenience. The calibration standards should be stored at 4°C.
