Quant-iT™ dsDNA BR Assay Kit, 100 assays *2-1000 ng* *for use with the Qubit™ fluorometer*

The Quant-iT™ dsDNA BR Assay Kit is designed specifically for use with the Qubit fluorometer Q32857, but may be used with any fluorometer or fluorescence plate reader. Using between 1 and 20 µl of your sample, this assay can quantitate samples ranging from 100 pg/µl to 1 µg/µl. It is ideal for quantitating plasmid preps, subcloning fragments, sequencing samples and DNA for transfections. The 100-assay size is suitable for an individual researcher in a typical molecular biology laboratory. Includes the Quant-iT™ dsDNA BR reagent, premade calibration standards, and premade buffer. Reagent and buffer are designed for room temperature storage for the ultimate in convenience. The calibration standards should be stored at 4°C. Use with the Qubit fluorometer Q32857 for highest accuracy and speed. For higher-throughput applications using a microplate reader, use the 1000-assay size Q33130.
