The HLA-DR, clone TÜ36, Qdot® 705 nanocrystal conjugate is a mouse monoclonal antibody (mAb) that is specific to human HLA-DR and recognizes the expressed product of the HLA-DR gene. The Qdot® 705 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and is most often used with 405 nm excitation, permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling of multiple targets off the violet laser. Alternatively, the nanocrystal can be excited by any laser up to the wavelength at which it absorbs.

Specificity for HLA-DR
This antibody recognizes class II human leukocyte (HLA)-DR antigens. These antigens are expressed on B cells, activated T-cells and antigen expressing cells. This antibody recognizes the complex of the αβ chains but not the individual chains.
