The CD45RA, clone MEM-56, Qdot® 705 nanocrystal conjugate is a mouse monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes the human CD45RA antigen. The Qdot® 705 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and is most often used with 405 nm excitation, permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling of multiple targets off the violet laser. Alternatively, the nanocrystal can be excited by any laser up to the wavelength at which it absorbs.

Specificity for CD45RA
This antibody recognizes the CD45RA antigen, one of the eight known isoforms of CD45. This molecule is a protein tyrosine phosphatase that dephosphorylates Src family protein kinases. CD45RA is expressed to varying degrees on T cells, B cells and monocytes. T-cells expressing this antigen are considered to be naïve.

For Research Use Only
