The CD10, clone MEM-78, Qdot® 655 nanocrystal conjugate is a mouse monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes the mouse CD10 (CALLA) antigen. The Qdot® 655 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and is most often used with 405 nm excitation, permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling of multiple targets off the violet laser. Alternatively, the nanocrystal can be excited by any laser up to the wavelength at which it absorbs.
