The CD27, clone CLB-27/1, Qdot® 655 nanocrystal conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that recognizes the CD27 antigen. Qdot® 655 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source-the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser, or alternatively via excitation at 405 nm.

Specificity for CD27
This antibody recognizes the CD27 antigen. CD27 is a member of the TNFR/NGFR family that binds to CD70. CD27 is expressed on some B cells, a subset of thymocytes, NK cells and T cells.
