The CD14, clone TüK4, Qdot® 655 nanocrystal conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that recognizes the CD14 antigen. The Qdot® 655 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source-the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser, or alternatively via excitation at 405 nm.

Specificity for CD14
This antibody recognizes the CD14 antigen. This molecule is a high affinity, GPI-linked receptor for lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and LPS binding protein (LPB). CD14 is expressed at high levels on peripheral blood monocytes. This receptor is also expressed on macrophages, dendritic cells, and some Langerhans cells.
