The CD38, clone HIT2, Qdot® 605 nanocrystal conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that recognizes the human CD38 antigen and the expressed product of the CD38 gene. The Qdot® 605 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source-the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser, or alternatively via excitation at 405 nm.

• Specificity for CD38
• Research use only

Specificity for CD38
This antibody recognizes the CD38 antigen. This antigen is expressed on terminally differentiated B cells (plasma cells) as well as on thymocytes and T cells. The molecule is also expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and some epithelial cells. On T-cells the molecule is reported to have NAD glycohydrolase activity.

Research Use Only
For Research Use Only. Not intended for human or animal therapeutic or diagnostic use.
