The HLA-DR, clone TÜ36, Qdot® 605 nanocrystal conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that is specific to human HLA-DR and recognizes the expressed product of the HLA-DR gene. The Qdot® 605 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser, or alternatively via excitation at 405 nm.
