The CD45RA, clone MEM-56, Qdot® 605 nanocrystal conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that recognizes the CD45RA antigen. The Qdot® 605 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser, or alternatively via excitation at 405 nm.

This antibody recognizes the CD45RA antigen. This molecule is expressed to varying degrees on T cells, B cells and monocytes. T-cells expressing this antigen are considered to be naïve.
