The CD3, clone S4.1, Qdot® 655 nanocrystal conjugate is a monoclonal antibody that is reactive to the human CD3 antigen and recognizes the expressed product of the CD3D gene. The Qdot® 655 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source-the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser, or alternatively via excitation at 405 nm.
