Our 6 µm PeakFlow Ultra Red flow cytometry reference beads (excitation/emission maxima ~665/695 nm) are designed to replicate the emission wavelengths of cells stained with Cy5.5 dye. These beads are suitable for excitation by the 633 nm line of He-Ne lasers.
