Our 6 µm PeakFlow Claret flow cytometry reference beads (excitation/emission maxima ~645/680 nm) are designed to replicate the emission wavelengths of cells stained with TOTO-3 dye or Cy5 dye. These beads are suitable for excitation by the 633 nm line of He-Ne lasers.
