The Applied Biosystems® TaqMan® PCR Core Reagents Kit provides the individual components needed to perform up to 200 PCR reactions (50 µl each).

• AmpliTaq Gold® DNA polymerase, a chemically modified form of AmpliTaq® DNA Polymerase, improves specificity and yield
• AmpErase® UNG protects against subsequent re-amplifications from PCR products containing dU to minimize carry-over contamination
• 10X TaqMan® Buffer A contains Passive Reference I to correct for inter-well signal variation caused by slight differences in the reaction volume.
