The Applied Biosystems® GeneAmp® RNA PCR Core Kit contains all components necessary to reverse transcribe RNA to cDNA using MuLV(recombinant Moloney murineleukemia virus) reverse transcriptase and to subsequently amplify the synthesized cDNA using the PCR process.

• RNA reverse transcription and cDNA amplification combined in a single tube provides exceptional sensitivity
• The kit protocol enables users to perform a variety of studies including: amplification of cDNA derived from all types of RNA sequences,analysis of gene expression at the RNA level, and detection of specific RNA species present at very low copy number
