The biotinylated Mouse Lineage Mixture (MLM15, MLM15-5) is designed to facilitate the enrichment of HPCs from mouse bone marrow. The Mouse Lineage Mixture consists of biotinconjugated antibodies specific for the following markers: CD3 (clone 500A2), CD11b (clone M1 / 70.15), CD45R / B220 (clone RA3-6B2), Ly-6C / G (clone RB6-8C5), and TER-119. The concentrations of each of the components have been adjusted such that this mixture can be used on a freshly prepared bone marrow cell suspension without the need to titrate or mix individual antibodies. If flow cytometric sorting is to be performed directly, without pre-enrichment, then it is recommended that the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Mouse Lineage Mixture(MLM20, MLM20-5) be used to fluorescently label the cells.
