IgD, Rat Anti-Mouse, (FITC); FITC conjugated Monoclonal antibody specific to Mouse IgD. This antibody is validated for use in Flow Cytometry. Anti-IgD recognizes the expressed product of the IgD gene.
The monoclonal antibody 11-26 reacts with the δ heavy chain of mouse IgD of all haplotypes (e.g., IgDa, IgDb, IgDc), and does not react with other immunoglobulin isotypes. 11-26 does not induce proliferation of mature B cells in vitro, nor does in vivo injection of the monoclonal antibody have any effect on activation of mature B lymphocytes.
