The TdT, clone TdT-6, fluorescein (FITC) dye conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that recognizes intracellular terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase. Commonly used, fluorescein conjugates provide a relatively high absorptivity, excellent fluorescence quantum yield, and good water solubility.

Specificity for TdT
This antibody recognizes intracellular terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase. This enzyme catalyzes the template independent addition of nucleotides to the 3’ end of oligonucleotides. This protein is expressed in bone marrow cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes in some cases of acute lymphocytic leukemia, acute nonlymphocytic leukemia and chronic myelogenous leukemia.
