The CD45RO, clone UCLH1, peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) conjugate is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes the CD45RO antigen. Peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) are complexes found in nature. They are excited by the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser and have a large Stokes shift, providing minmal spectral overlap into the R-PE channel. These complexes were developed by BD Biosciences.
