The CD45, clone HI30, PerCP conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that is reactive to the human CD45 antigen and recognizes the expressed product of the PTPRC gene. Peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) are complexes found in nature. They are excited by the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser and have a large Stokes shift, providing minimal spectral overlap into the R-PE (phycoerythrin) channel. These complexes were developed and by BD Biosciences.

Specificity for CD45
This antibody recognizes the CD45 antigen, also known as leukocyte common antigen or LCA. CD45 is expressed on all cells of hematopoietic origin with the exception of platelets and red blood cells and their immediate precursors. CD45 is a pan leukocyte marker.
