The CD45, clone HI30, TRI-COLOR® dye conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that is reactive to the human CD45 antigen and recognizes the expressed product of the PTPRC gene. The TRI-COLOR® conjugate is a tandem R-PE-Cy®5 conjugate that permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source-the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser.


Specificity for CD45
This antibody recognizes the CD45 antigen, also known as leukocyte common antigen or LCA. CD45 is expressed on all cells of hematopoietic origin with the exception of platelets and red blood cells and their immediate precursors. CD45 is a pan leukocyte marker.
