The CD22, clone RFB4, R-PE (phycoerythrin) conjugate is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes the expressed product of the CD22 gene. R-PE is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein that provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching, thus providing an exceptional quantum yields and molar extinction coefficients. Use of R-PE in antibody conjugates provides probes with greatly enhanced detectability.


Specificity for CD22
This antibody recognizes the CD22 antigen. CD22 is also known as BL-CAM. This molecule is expressed on peripheral blood B cells as well as B cells in lymphoid tissues.
