The CD20, clone HI47, Pacific Orange™ conjugate is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes the expressed product of the MS4A1 gene. Our Pacific Orange™ dye is optimally excited by the violet laser, and it is recommended that a 575, 585, or 600 nm bandpass filter be used for optimal detection. Pacific Orange™ and Pacific Blue™ dye conjugates can be simultaneously excited at 405 nm and emit at 551 nm and 455 nm, respectively, facilitating two-color analysis.


Specificity for CD20
This antibody recognizes the CD20 antigen. Evidence suggests that CD20 may be involved in B cell activation. CD20 is expressed primarily on B cells.
