The CD16, clone 3G8, peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) conjugate is a monoclonal antibody that is specific to human CD16 and recognizes the expressed product of the FCGR3A gene. Peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) are complexes found in nature. They are excited by the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser and have a large Stokes shift, providing minimal spectral overlap into the R-PE channel. These complexes were originally developed by BD Biosciences.
