The CD16, clone 3G8, fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is a monoclonal antibody that is specific to human CD16 and recognizes the expressed product of the FCGR3A gene. Commonly used, the fluorescein conjugates provide relatively high absorptivity, excellent fluorescence quantum yield, and good water solubility.
