This mouse monoclonal antibody to the human CD15 antigen is conjugated to Pacific Orange™. With a peak emission wavelength of 551 nm, Pacific Orange™ conjugates are strongly fluorescent at neutral pH and ideally suited for 550 nm Em band pass filter sets off the violet laser. This product is an analyte specific reagent.
Every Lot is Tested by Flow Cytometry
Each lot is tested by flow cytometry using human peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) using 5 µl of antibody per 1 x 10e6 cells. Because conditions may vary, it is recommened that each investigator determine the optimal amount of antibody to be used for each application.

Specific for CD15
According to the literature this antibody recognizes the CD15 antigen. CD15 is a branched polysaccharide (3-fucosyl-Nacetyllactosamine, 3-FAL) found on a number of glycolipids and glycoproteins. CD15 is expressed on human peripheral blood monocytes and granulocytes, including neutrophils and eosinophils.
