According to the literature this antibody recognizes the CD15 antigen. CD15 is a branched polysaccharide (3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine, 3-FAL) found on a number of glycolipids and glycoproteins. CD15 is expressed on human peripheral blood monocytes and granulocytes, including neutropils and eosinophils.
