The CD14, clone TüK4, Pacific Orange™ dye conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that recognizes the CD14 antigen. Our Pacific Orange™ dye is optimally excited by the violet laser, and it is recommended that a 575, 585, or 600 nm band pass filter be used for optimal detection. Pacific Orange™ and Pacific Blue™ dye conjugates can be simultaneously excited at 405 nm and emit at 551 nm and 455 nm, respectively, facilitating two-color analysis.

Specificity for CD14
This antibody recognizes the CD14 antigen. This molecule is a high affinity, GPI-linked receptor for lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and LPS binding protein (LPB). CD14 is expressed at high levels on peripheral blood monocytes. This receptor is also expressed on macrophages, dendritic cells and some Langerhans cells.
