The CD7, clone CD7-6B7, R-PE (phycoerythrin) conjugate is a monoclonal mouse antibody that recognizes the expressed product of the CD7 gene. R-PE is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein which provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching, thus providing an exceptional quantum yields and molar extinction coefficients. Use of R-PE in antibody conjugates provides probes with greatly enhanced detectability.


Specificity for CD7
According to the literature this antibody recognizes the CD7 antigen. CD7 is expressed on thymocytes, T cells, pre-B cells, and NK cells.
