This Singleplex bead kit comprises the analyte specific components for the measurement of total GSK-3β (Glycogen Synthase Kinase) in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. This singleplex bead kit may be multiplexed with other phospho-specific and total protein singleplex bead kits available from Invitrogen, but cannot be multiplexed with the GSK-3β [pS9] Singleplex Bead Kit (Catalog No. LHO0461). These reagents are intended for use in the Luminex® 100™ or 200™ System only. Buffer reagents needed to complete the reaction are sold separately under Catalog No. LHB0002.
