This Singleplex bead kit comprises the analyte specific components for the measurement of human, mouse, rat and monkey TGF-β1 (Transforming Growth Factor beta) in serum, plasma or tissue culture supernatant. Due to the recommended sample treatment, TGF-β1 cannot be combined with any other Singleplex bead kits, use separate wells for the measurement of TGF-β1. These reagents are intended for use in the Luminex® 100™ or 200™ System only. Buffer kit included.
