The LinearFlow™ Carmine Flow Cytometry Intensity Calibration Kit provides flow cytometer operators with intensity references for generating calibration curves, establishing photomultiplier settings and evaluating sample brightness. This kit contains 2.5 µm fluorescent microspheres stained at 100%, 10%, 2.0%, 0.4%, 0.1% and 0.02% relative intensity levels when excited in a flow cytometer. The microspheres are supplied as suspensions packged in dropper vials for convenient dispensation.
