The Omnia® kinase assay utilizes peptide substrates incorporating the proprietary SOX moiety to measure phosphorylation in an antibody-free format. This enables the user to conduct real-time kinetic kinase assays by a single step addition of substrate to kinase. The Y9 Omnia® peptide was specifically developed to enable kinetic assays of various Y kinases.
