Hybridization was then perfomred with Affimetrix GeneChip Human Exon 1.0 ST array.

Product Usage:: Total RNA was isolated from mock- and day 6 LCMV-infected mouse brains. To remove most of the ribosomal RNA from the RNA, 2.5 g of each sample was taken through RiboMinus (Invitrogen). After RiboMinus treatment, samples were amplified and labelled before hybridized overnight to the Mouse Exon 1.0 ST Array.
