FluoCells prepared slide #4 is ideal for demonstrating the optical sectioning properties of confocal microscopes. Each slide contains a 16 µm cryostat section of mouse intestine stained with Alexa Fluor 350 wheat germ agglutinin (W-11263), Alexa Fluor 568 phalloidin (A-12380) and SYTOX Green nucleic acid stain (S-7020).
