The EnzChek® Pyrophosphate Assay Kit provides a rapid and highly sensitive enzymatic assay for detecting free pyrophosphate in solution through the formation of a chromophoric product. The sensitivity limit of this assay is 1 mM PPi (~0.2 µg⁄mL) and the kit contains sufficient reagents for about ~100 pyrophosphate assays using 1 mL assay volumes and standard cuvettes.
