The NativePAGE™ Novex® Bis-Tris 3-12% Gels (1.0 mm, 10 well) is a near neutral pH, pre-cast polyacrylamide mini gel system to perform native (non-denaturing) electrophoresis. The pH 7.5 environment during electrophoresis results in maximum stability of both proteins and gel matrix, providing better band resolution than other gel systems including the traditional Tris-glycine native electrophoresis (Laemmli) system.
