Bis-((N-iodoacetyl)piperazinyl)sulfonerhodamine is a fluorescent crosslinking reagent derived from a relatively rigid rhodamine dye. It is similar to a rhodamine-based crosslinking reagent that was used to label regulatory light-chains of chicken gizzard myosin for fluorescence polarization experiments.
