BODIPY® TR adenosine 5´triphosphate (BODIPY® TR ATP) is a mixed-isomer comprised of the BODIPY® TR fluorophore attached to the 2´ or 3´ position of the ribose ring via an aminoethylcarbamoyl linker. BODIPY® TR exhibits spectral characteristics similar to the Texas Red® dye. BODIPY® dye-labeled nucleotides may be particularly useful for fluorescence polarization-based assays of ATP-binding proteins.
