When used in conjunction with a streptavidin secondary immunoreagent, anti-bovine a-tubulin mouse antibody, biotin-XX conjugate enables visualization of microtubules in fixed cells and in fixed or frozen tissue sections from various species. This antibody is also useful for identifying the N-terminal domain of -tubulin by ELISA or Western blotting, or for screening expression libraries.
