This anti-phosphatidylinositol 4,5-diphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P2 IgM antibody can be used for immunocytochemical localization of this important lipid metabolite in human and murine cells with only slight cross-reactivity with other phosphoinositides or phospholipids.
