The Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-mouse IgG3 is labeled with our exceptionally bright, photostable Alexa Fluor® 488 dye (which is spectrally similar to fluorescein) and is prepared from affinity-purified antibodies that react with the Fc portion of the heavy chain of mouse IgG3. To minimize crossreactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against mouse IgM, mouse IgA, pooled human sera, purified human paraproteins and mouse isotypes IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b prior to labeling.
