SensiCell™ DMEM/F-12 uses a sodium bicarbonate buffer system (2.4 g/L) and therefore requires a 5–10% CO2 environment to maintain physiological pH. Cells successfully cultured in SensiCell™ DMEM/F-12, with little or no adaptation, include ST-486 and HL-60.
