The CD274, clone 10.F9G2, PE-Cy®7 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes the CD274 antigen, also known as B7-H1 and PD-L1. The R-phycoerythrin (PE)-Cy®7 tandem conjugate permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source – the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser.

Specific for CD274
CD274, also known as B7 homolog 1 (B7-H1) or programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1), belongs to the B7 family of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily and is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed on B cells, T cells, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and IFN-γ activated endothelial cells. CD274 is involved in the co-stimulation of T-cell growth and cytokine production; however, upon interaction with its receptor, PD-1 (PDCD1), CD274 will inhibit T-cell proliferation and cytokine production.
