The CD127 (IL-7Rα), clone A7R34, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes mouse CD127. Based on our testing, publications, and results reported from customers, the Alexa Fluor® 488 dye provides the best fluorescein (FITC) substitute available. The Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescence emission profile is almost identical to that of fluorescein and provides pH-insensitive fluorescence between pH 4 and 10.

CD127
The rat anti-mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with CD127, which is the α subunit of the mouse IL-7 receptor. CD127 is expressed by immature B cells in the bone marrow, by double-negative (CD4-/CD8-) and single-positive (CD4+ or CD8+) thymocytes; but not by double-positive (CD4+/CD8+) thymocytes. Mature T-cells in the periphery express CD127 at low level. The rat anti-mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) mAb has inhibited binding of IL-7 to its receptor and has been utilized in in vivo and in vitro studies of IL-7 in T and B cell development and activation.
